  42. Hadn't heard of that, but it might be so.  In any case, that is a drop in
  43. the bucket compared to the probable expenses of even a losing team.

  53. If he hasn't entered by now, he is definitely far too late to be an official
  54. entrant.  The deadline for intent-to-enter was over a year ago, and the
  55. deadline for detailed proposals was some months ago.
